This is a list of Cilea's ingredients in order, with an explanation of why it is used in Cilea and how it is used in other cosmetics products.

• 1. Aqua (Deionized water) A type of purified water with mineral ions (salts) removed; key ingredient to carry and help lock in all other ingredients.
• 2. Glycerin Glycerin + Water = Excellent for New Hair Growth. Helps repair eyelashes and is known to improve moisture and smoothness of your hair.
• 3. Myristoyl Pentapeptide-8 Helps repair the epidermal junction, which is the muscle responsible for holding your eyelashes in place.
• 4. Cyclomethicone Strengthens eyelashes; it is an amino acid found in protein that forms a bond and strengthens the hair.
• 5. Bis-Vinyl Dimethicone Gives shine and texture to hair; "tames" the eyelashes so they do not stick straight out.
• 6. PEG-12 Dimethicone It provides the properties of conditioning for healthier eyelash growth.
• 7. Hesperidin Methyl Chalcone Used in eye creams to help prevent the tiny blood vessels in the skin around your eyes from leaking (which is what causes dark circles).
